The Woodfield Business Centre has a number of semi-serviced offices available with prices starting at just £25* per week, all offices have easy in, easy out terms.

Offices are available from 90 square feet up to 1,519 square feet, but we can adapt office space to suit your individual business requirements.

The Centre has 24 hour access, with out of office hours access managed by secure pin and individual swipe card. The grounds are patrolled by security guards day and night and there is CCTV installed in public and communal areas.

Each office is cleaned twice a week by professional insured contract cleaners.

Telephones and internet:

Telephones handsets are supplied free of charge, with no line rental and complete with incoming direct dial numbers starting with 01302 or 0845 area codes as required by your business.

You only pay for outgoing external calls, all charged at lower than BT's standard rate.

The telephony system allows call forwarding to your mobile or an alternative landline for out of hours service etc. and each line comes with message service to take calls while you are unavailable.

Unrestricted high-speed broadband is also available for a small monthly fee.

If you wish to arrange for your own telephone and internet through another supplier you are free to do so.

Communal areas:

The two communal kitchens have sinks, refrigerators, microwave ovens, kettles and toasters, and there's a snack vending machine on the ground floor.

A separate canteen/eating area is available on both floors for staff to eat meals away from the office environment. All communal areas and wash room facilities are cleaned daily.

Additional services:

Shared services include a boardroom and training room that are available for hire by the half day.
